Job Summary: IT Technical Assistant for hardware, software, network, and IT infrastructure support and maintenance for external clients on-site. Key Highlights: 1. Computer, server, and peripheral support and maintenance 2. Local network configuration and management, and internet access setup 3. Assembly and configuration of IT equipment and infrastructure IT Technical Assistant Valid driver's license (Class B) required On-site client support: Support and maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and peripherals; perform backups; diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Networks: Configure and manage local area networks (LANs) and internet access Infrastructure: Assemble and configure IT equipment; lay network cables when necessary; ensure the client's entire IT infrastructure operates correctly. **NOTE: CCTV knowledge is a plus.** Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
