Responsibilities and Duties * Implement and provide technical and functional support for the main modules of the TOTVS Protheus system (Tax, Finance, Accounting, and Fixed Assets); * Ensure correct operation, stability, and usability of the system for the involved departments; * Provide technical support to users via remote access or on-site assistance; * Conduct business requirements gathering and design, with a focus on Controller’s Office.
