Responsibilities and Duties * Implement and provide technical and functional support for the main modules of the TOTVS Protheus system (Tax, Finance, Accounting, and Fixed Assets); * Ensure correct operation, stability, and usability of the system for the involved departments; * Provide technical support to users via remote access or on-site assistance; * Conduct business requirements gathering and design, with a focus on Controller’s Office. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree related to the field of expertise. * Experience with implementation projects in medium- and large-sized companies; * Certifications related to the TOTVS Protheus system. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Organization and time management skills. 2512310202491893639
