Job Summary: The IT professional will contribute to the smooth operation of the school's entire information technology and telecommunications infrastructure, including installation and maintenance of hardware and software. Key Highlights: 1. Work in the school's IT and telecommunications department, configuring and maintaining systems. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment. 3. Learn more about the Group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the smooth operation of all IT and telecommunications functions as required by the unit; * Install and configure software and hardware; * Notify system users or the IT analyst of any failures that occur; * Monitor and ensure proper use of equipment; * Manage activity workflows, prepare and oversee service processing stages; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment such as computers, printers, etc.; * Log service request openings and closures in the management and control tool; * Alert immediate supervisor regarding the need to requisition materials and equipment, assist in defining necessary requirements, and provide procurement support if needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school with a technical course in Information Technology; * Relevant work experience; * Up-to-date technical and practical knowledge relevant to the professional field; * A bachelor's degree in Information Technology is a plus. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance * Telemedicine * Dental care * Health insurance (optional) * Transportation allowance With six decades of pioneering leadership in education, the SEB Group has established itself as a vibrant, multicultural global community grounded in educational excellence.
