




Description: High School Diploma Microsoft Office Suite * Verify the patient’s personal documents, such as: ID and CPF, health insurance card, referral/report, and authorization according to the procedure, as well as the personal data of the responsible party; * Complete all fields on the patient intake form, clarify consent terms, and identify the patient with the wristband; * Request authorizations from insurers, as specified by the physician, for emergency services and communicate the patient’s destination within the institution, recording date and time; * Enter the procedure code requested by the physician and/or authorized by the health plan on the patient intake form, keeping the physician informed of any discrepancies in the request; * Complete the Death Certificate (D.O.); * Manage Death Certificate (D.O.) forms—completed, canceled, and blank—ensuring operational compliance and traceability of administrative processes carried out; * Monitor and track hospital admission requests according to bed availability, through bed management processes, and allocate beds for the Adult and Pediatric ICU and Emergency Department; * Receive client expense payments; also receive payments related to OPME expenses, video fee, and companion meal fees when not covered by the health plan, seal them in the appropriate envelope, and deliver them to the treasury department via the control form; * Stay updated on the Hospital’s regulations and routines; * Separate medical fee invoices requiring direct billing; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level, upon request by the immediate supervisor. 2512310202491938941
