Job Summary: Responsible for leading processes, managing PJ (legal entity) client portfolios, negotiating adjustments, auditing operations, acting as a technical multiplier, and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a technical multiplier and disseminate department/company guidelines. 2. Audit and optimize departmental processes with a focus on continuous improvement. 3. Negotiate adjustments and strengthen partnerships with client companies. **Description:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Business Management, or related fields. **Knowledge of:** Health Plan Contracts (coverage, waiting periods, and rules); Relationship and customer retention techniques; Regulations and ANS Normative Resolutions; Negotiation techniques. Under leadership guidance, manage Operator’s processes and projects, resolving daily situations and problems; **Act as a technical multiplier:** disseminate department/company guidelines, conduct training sessions, and guide the team on process and procedure changes; **Audit departmental processes:** review workflows, procedures, and information systems with a focus on continuous improvement; Update and analyze indicators related to processes and projects under responsibility, proposing actions when necessary; Conduct relationship visits to client companies to negotiate adjustments, strengthen partnerships, retain clients, and increase profitability; Monitor contract performance indicators and the sinistralidade (claims ratio) of the PJ client portfolio; Deliver informative and awareness-raising presentations on plan usage for users of affiliated companies; Conduct integrations at client companies more frequently for Porte II and III, less frequently for Porte I, and with greater management intensity for Porte IV; Be responsible for administering enterprise client portfolios (Porte I, II, III in smaller quantities; Porte IV in larger quantities); Analyze client service utilization in detail and propose Preventive Medicine initiatives in partnership with NAIS. 2511200202481879456
