Job Summary: A PMO professional will act as the liaison between Commercial and Operations departments, managing global standards, mitigating risks, and ensuring deadlines for Bidding and Mobilization projects. Focus on continuous improvement of internal processes This professional will serve as the PMO and primary liaison between Commercial and Operations departments. They will be critical in managing the application of global standards, mitigating risks, and ensuring deadlines across two vital cycles: Bidding Projects (Solution and Contract \- 2\.3\) and Mobilization Projects (Mobilization \- 2\.4\). The role involves simultaneously leading 3 to 5 projects (small and medium scale), with emphasis on process excellence and financial results. Responsibilities: * PMO Management of Bidding (2\.3\): Lead planning, scheduling, and documentation of commercial proposals in partnership with the commercial team. * Risk \& Stakeholder Management: Conduct due diligence, perform benchmarking, and identify/mitigate risks and opportunities, ensuring engagement and approval from key departments. * PMO Management of Mobilization (2\.4\): Lead kick-off activities, monitor schedules, and ensure implementation of new contracts, acting as a facilitator among Operations, HR, Supply, Technical Platforms, IT, and other cross-functional departments. * Quality and Closure: Execute Pre Go\-Live checklists, monitor stabilization, ensure delivery of action plans, and consolidate lessons learned across all projects to drive continuous improvement of internal processes.
