Managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously **About the Area:** * Development and governance of automation solutions, integrated test systems, and Industry 4.0 for the operations area. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Leading or participating in workstreams with executive-level results presentations; * Structuring analyses based on data and understanding of departmental contexts; * Creating solution recommendations grounded in corporate strategy and transformation knowledge; * Reporting progress and results to company executives and stakeholders; * Interacting with managerial, operational, and executive levels across the company; * Ensuring project quality and on-time delivery within expectations; * Developing strategic proposals and leading initiatives to prospect digital solutions to drive business growth; * Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with departmental strategic objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For This Challenge, You Must Have:** * Completed undergraduate degree (with diploma or completion certificate) in Engineering; * Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and communication; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data analysis tools; * Consulting experience (internal or external): Ability to diagnose issues, design processes, and present solutions; * Knowledge of the i4.0 ecosystem: Understanding how IoT, data analytics, and automation integrate into manufacturing processes and supply chains; * Solid experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, and innovation; * Extensive project management experience with a focus on governance and processes, including agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies; * Experience with Project Management Tools: Such as Microsoft Project or other PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools; * Methodology expertise: Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking, as well as traditional methodologies; Knowledge of Analysis Tools: Such as Visio, Bizagi, or other tools for process assessment and continuous improvement. * **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Prior experience implementing Lean Manufacturing projects integrated with digitalization. * Knowledge of organizational change management (Change Management) * Proven experience leading teams and strategic projects; * Ability to supervise and validate deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations; * Expertise in C-level presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives; * Experience developing business financial models and operational efficiency analyses **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
