Activation of security teams and competent authorities The **Monitoring Operator** is the professional responsible for real-time monitoring of electronic surveillance systems—such as security cameras (CCTV), alarms, and other devices—with the objective of preventing incidents, identifying risk situations, and supporting asset and operational security. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor images and information from CCTV, alarm, and security software systems; * Identify suspicious behaviors, incidents, or irregularities; * Record events and incidents in designated systems or reports; * Activate security, maintenance, or competent authorities when required; * Follow standard operating protocols and procedures; * Maintain confidentiality and secrecy of monitored information; * Test and verify the functionality of monitoring systems; * Support report preparation and incident tracking. **Requirements and Skills:** * Sustained attention and strong observational ability; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Basic knowledge of computer systems and monitoring technologies; * Ability to remain calm and act swiftly in risky situations; * Ethics, discretion, and accountability; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts. **Work Environment:** Works in monitoring centers, security companies, condominiums, industrial facilities, hospitals, shopping malls, and public agencies.
