atribuciones** **Objetivo del puesto**\n\n \n\nBrindar apoyo administrativo y operativo a las actividades de mantenimiento de los vehículos de la flota de la empresa, controlando y supervisando la agendar y supervisar los servicios de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo (p. ej., procedimiento de devolución de piezas) para los vehículos de la flota con prestadores de servicios externos, coordinando dichas actividades con el supervisor de flota/supervisor de distribución.\n* Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas en cada vehículo, incluyendo historiales de servicios, reparaciones y sustituciones de piezas.\n* Garantizar la existencia de un stock mínimo de piezas y materiales necesarios para las operaciones de mantenimiento, controlando las cantidades y solicitando reposiciones según sea necesario.\n* Generar órdenes de servicio para el mantenimiento de la flota Envasado/Granel, así como supervisar todo el proceso hasta la facturación del servicio.\n* Supervisar las listas de verificación (checklist) de los vehículos y los libros de registro diario (log book), identificando y actuando ante las no conformidades detectadas.\n* Supervisar los servicios de mantenimiento realizados por proveedores externos, asegurando que los trabajos se completen dentro de los plazos establecidos y conforme a los estándares de calidad exigidos.\n* Apoyar para que todas las actividades de mantenimiento cumplan con las normativas de seguridad y los estándares de calidad de la empresa.\n* Mantener una comunicación eficaz con el supervisor de flota, los conductores y otros miembros del equipo para garantizar la operatividad y eficiencia de la flota.\n* Apoyar en la entrega, devolución y revisión (checklist) de la flota ligera (comercial).\n* Apoyar en el mantenimiento de la flota ligera de apoyo de la unidad, autorizando su ejecución.\n* Organizar y gestionar el control documental de los vehículos de la flota Envasado/Granel y de los vehículos ligeros, así como el despacho de los vehículos vendidos.\n* Realizar demás actividades inherentes al puesto.\n\n \n\n**Requisitos y
