




Job Summary: Supervise, train, and develop the construction planning team, ensuring execution according to plan while managing risks and schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Development and supervision of attack plans and supply plans Supervise the construction planning team: assign tasks, guide team members, monitor performance, and ensure activities are executed as planned; Be responsible for technical training and development of the team; Be responsible for validating and reviewing information collected by the team, ensuring all activities are adequately planned and schedules are feasible; Be responsible for controlling and monitoring activity progress against the planned schedule; Identify and assess project-related risks, such as material delivery delays, adverse weather conditions, or quality issues; develop contingency plans to address these risks and minimize their impact on construction; Supervise and develop the Attack Plan jointly with the construction planning and production teams, and present it to the team, analyzing it together with the Construction Production Team and Contract Manager; Monitor activity progress against the planned schedule; identify potential delays, deviations, or issues that may affect project progress and propose solutions to minimize impacts; use project management software to create and update schedules as needed; Develop and supervise the construction supply schedule; Develop and supervise the Weekly Work Schedules (WWS) for construction, with a three-week (triweekly) outlook in coordination with production; Conduct and coordinate weekly meetings with the construction team and suppliers; Develop the S-Curve and Trend Curve; Review the schedule(s), supporting the planning team in issuing weekly reports containing all consolidated information, including charts and photos / future scheduling. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed; postgraduate studies or specialization preferred; Willingness to travel to construction sites; Experience in the Civil Construction sector.
