Job Summary: A professional to manage end-to-end construction projects for telecommunications sites, ensuring excellence, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with SLA standards. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of telecommunications site project lifecycles. 2. Proactive risk identification and proposal of solutions for projects. 3. Integration between internal teams and third-party companies. Manage projects by overseeing the entire telecommunications site construction pipeline end\-to\-end. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that all stages—from customer input to final infrastructure acceptance by the operator—are executed with excellence, within agreed timelines and SLA requirements. * Serve as the accountable party for full lifecycle management of site projects (infrastructure, power, towers, radio, etc.), from customer order intake through to operator site acceptance; * Ensure delivery schedule compliance by monitoring daily progress across each pipeline stage; * Continuously track activities via the mobile operator’s system, ensuring accurate milestone and status updates; * Manage and consolidate project information and KPIs using advanced Excel spreadsheets; * Maintain direct relationships with managers from involved departments (procurement, engineering, deployment, energization, activation, etc.), driving deliverables and aligning deadlines; * Anticipate risks and obstacles, proposing solutions to keep projects on track; * Participate in alignment meetings and present project status updates to the PM; * Ensure technical, legal, and contractual compliance of deliverables at every stage; * Facilitate integration among internal teams and third-party companies involved in the pipeline. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields; * Proven prior experience coordinating telecommunications projects, especially site construction; * Solid understanding of the complete telecommunications site pipeline workflow (Procurement, Licensing, Civil Works, Energization, Acceptance); * Advanced Excel skills (dashboard creation, charts, KPIs, complex formulas); * Assertive communication skills and firm posture for deliverable follow-up; * Analytical capability for data- and KPI-driven decision making; * Organization, results orientation, and priority-based management.
