Skills in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting We have an opening for a Support Analyst with a hybrid work model. **Responsibilities:** Provide remote support to field technicians Guide technicians on software installation and operational procedures Monitor and report technicians' arrival at service locations Map and allocate technicians by region according to project requirements Report progress of activities Complete equipment delivery reports Send and collect project-related documents **Requirements / Knowledge:** Proficiency in Word Hardware and software installation Ability to perform troubleshooting on equipment (laptop and desktop) Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Work Model:** Hybrid: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote **Requirements:** Experience or exposure to remote support Strong communication skills for guiding field technicians Organizational skills for activity logging and report completion
