Mentor team members in applying methods and processes **Senior Project Analyst** ============================== TOTVS | São Paulo | SP | Hybrid Job Description Responsible for leading implementation/evolution projects with clients, aiming to ensure implementation quality and success, while coordinating necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead high-complexity and high-hour-volume projects, including customization for strategic clients; * Innovate and create new processes to increase project efficiency; * Develop relevant KPIs for the area, aimed at identifying opportunities, generating insights, and supporting decision-making; * Mentor less-experienced team members on applying project management methods, processes, and tools; * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, communicating data and information via emails, calls/meetings, and system records; * Identify project risks under your responsibility and record them in the system; * Ensure consistent time tracking for all allocated resources on projects under your responsibility; * Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; * Ensure financial profitability of service projects under your responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Microsoft Office Suite – Excel; * MS Project. Desired Qualifications Postgraduate degree in Project Management; Agile methodologies; Certifications: PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban; Languages: Advanced English and/or intermediate Spanish.
