Administration of Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases **DATABASE ANALYST II \- 12x36** ========================================== TOTVS \| São Paulo \- SP \| Remote Job Description Provide support to squads under the 12x36 work model for medium-complexity database and functionality-related requests, ensuring agile and effective resolution of all requests while contributing to an improved experience and higher satisfaction for TOTVS Cloud customers. Responsibilities and Duties * Respond to tickets via the ticketing system (Zendesk), ensuring accurate classification and documentation. * Maintain detailed documentation to ensure clear interpretation and continuity of tasks. * Monitor databases and proactively prevent incidents. * Execute low-to-medium complexity scripts and checklists across environments. * Perform backups and restores using DataPump, RMAN, and MSSQL. * Carry out database administration tasks related to capacity management, data recovery, security, high availability, and performance. * Develop queries and procedures in T\-SQL and PL/SQL. * Transfer data using scripts (PowerShell, Shell Script, etc.). * Diagnose code issues through SQL language analysis. * Collect data from major DBMSs by writing queries. * Participate in database projects across all phases (Analysis, Design, Testing, Environment Preparation, and Change Impact Assessment). * Collaborate cross-functionally and share knowledge across different areas of responsibility. * Participate in Agile sprints. Requirements and Qualifications * Intermediate-level experience and knowledge in Oracle database administration. * Intermediate-level experience and knowledge in SQL Server database administration. * Basic-level experience and knowledge in MySQL database administration. * Basic-level experience and knowledge in PostgreSQL database administration. * Intermediate-level experience and knowledge in database environment administration on Linux and Windows operating systems. * Knowledge of infrastructure. * Familiarity with TOTVS products (preferred). * Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server certifications (preferred).
