Business Analyst

Description

**Main activities and responsibilities:** * Understand business strategic objectives and translate them into needs, requirements, and solutions * Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and rules * Conduct impact and feasibility analyses * Map and optimize business processes (AS IS / TO BE) * Support the definition of indicators, metrics, and success criteria * Act consultatively to support decision-making * Monitor solution implementation to ensure adherence to defined scope * Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement **Required technical knowledge:** * Solid senior-level experience as a Business Analyst * Strong expertise in process analysis, business rules, and modeling * Ability to translate strategic needs into practical solutions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact across all organizational levels * Experience with agile and/or traditional methodologies * Analytical, critical, and results-oriented profile **Desired education:** Bachelor's or Technologist degrees in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering **Differentiators:** * Experience in governmental sector projects * Knowledge of analysis, documentation, and management tools * Experience in complex corporate environments or consulting
