




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage IT equipment, support employees from onboarding to offboarding, and optimize operational processes. Negotiate with suppliers and manage equipment logistics We are looking for a professional with an organized profile, attention to detail, and interest in operational routines to handle IT equipment control and management, supporting employees throughout their journey—from onboarding to offboarding. Onboarding and Offboarding * Receive service requests for machine allocation. * Define/evaluate required hardware based on employee profile and project. Validate stock availability. * Send machines to the Infrastructure team for technical preparation (formatting, software installation, configuration, encryption). Conduct quality tests: audio, video, network, battery, encryption, and performance. * Send welcome kit along with the asset when applicable. * Track delivery, formalize receipt, and confirm asset receipt. * Request and ensure equipment return. Service Requests and System (GLPI) * Update and enter asset information into GLPI. Open, process, track, and resolve service requests for equipment preparation. * Track assets by serial number, asset ID, cost center, employee, and customer. * Formally close service requests with evidence. * Record terms, movements, and asset history. * Manage maintenance service requests. Inventory and Stock Control * Receive and physically verify equipment. * Forward equipment to the infrastructure team for testing and validation. * Weekly inventory of: o Equipment in stock, leased assets, and equipment under maintenance * Manage obsolete assets. * Manage disposal in accordance with environmental best practices and compliance requirements. * Monitor equipment wear and field usage duration. * Manage customer assets where applicable. Leased and Purchased Assets * Quotation of assets (purchase and lease). * Supplier negotiation. * Lease contract management. * Identify new strategic partners. * Cost-benefit analysis between purchase vs. lease. * Monitor contractual deadlines and renewals. Logistics Management * Request and track machine shipments via couriers. * Generate postal codes (Correios or freight carriers). * Manage logistics through Correios and UBER. * Expense reporting and logistics expenditure reports. * Monitor SLA for deliveries and pickups. Documentation * Document IT Asset Management processes. * Standardize onboarding and offboarding workflows. * Control and archive responsibility agreements. * Prepare management reports (inventory, field assets, leases, obsolescence). * Support internal audits and asset compliance. Requirements:* Confidentiality, ethics, and honesty * Cost awareness and operational efficiency mindset. * Proactivity in identifying improvements and optimizing processes. * Experience with GLPI or other ITSM tools. * Experience in technology companies or outsourcing firms. * Basic understanding of information security. * Fundamental knowledge of hardware and computer configuration. * Process-oriented organization and discipline. * Proficiency in handling controls and spreadsheets. * Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
