Ability to translate technical roadmaps into business impact Description: * Prior experience as a technology manager or equivalent role. * Proven track record leading multi-layered technical teams (leaders of leaders). * Experience in performance management, agile processes, and engineering metrics. * Ability to translate technical roadmaps into business impact. * Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills. * Experience in fast-growing environments with high autonomy (startups or innovative divisions within large corporations) Not required, but highly desirable: * Experience as a Founder or member of a founding team * Experience scaling a B2B or B2C product * Experience working with channel partners (e.g., accountants, HR professionals) * Applied knowledge of observability, DORA/SPACE metrics, Team Topologies, or similar frameworks. (The metric examples below are not strict rules but references for what we monitor) * Ensure predictable and reliable deliveries using flow metrics such as DORA (deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR). * Align roadmaps with business impact (revenue, churn, costs). * People care: coaching, career development plans, feedback, psychological safety, and clear communication (practices from Project Oxygen). * Orchestrate interfaces with Product, Design, Data, and Compliance; manage risks (incidents, security), SLOs, and priorities. * Optimize cost/efficiency (e.g., cloud, licenses) and remove organizational blockers using Team Topologies practices. * Measure team health beyond output, using the SPACE Framework (satisfaction, collaboration, efficiency/flow). 2511180202461755966
