As an Operational Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of bakery operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and with quality. Your main responsibilities will include inventory control, organization of workspaces, maintenance of hygiene and food safety standards, and support to store teams. **This role will be responsible for:** Recording daily recipes in the ERP system, verifying that all disposals have indeed been logged, and subsequently issuing invoices correctly. Assisting in goods receipt and providing guidance in case of discrepancies. Organizing inventories. Occasional counts of key items and Weekly Usage and Consumption Inventory. Ad-hoc internal transfers and invoice acceptance in the system. Monitoring reports. Reporting and documenting daily incidents to Supply, with the manager’s awareness. Assisting in the Monthly Inventory. Proficiency in Excel, mathematics, focus, and organization. Prior experience in bakery environments or related areas is a plus but not mandatory.
