As a **Junior Process Analyst**, you will play an essential role in supporting the structuring, analysis, and improvement of operational processes based on data, increasing efficiency and reducing rework at the distribution center. The professional will work closely with operations while increasingly leveraging data analytics tools (BI) to contribute to greater process visibility and more structured decision support. **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will be responsible for supporting the mapping, analysis, and improvement of operational processes, focusing on using data to identify failures, propose improvements, and increase operational predictability. **Main Responsibilities:** Map and analyze operational processes (receiving, warehousing, production, and shipping); Identify bottlenecks, rework, and inefficiencies based on data and field observation; Support the development and maintenance of operational KPIs; Structure reports and dashboards for performance monitoring (BI); Support the cleansing and organization of master data impacting operations; Create and review standard operating procedures (SOPs); Support cross-departmental integration through consistent data; Participate in evidence-based continuous improvement initiatives. **Desired Experience and Knowledge:** Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis); Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI or similar) for dashboard development; Analytical capability to read and interpret KPIs; Basic knowledge of process mapping (flowcharts, BPMN, or similar); Relevant advantage: Python knowledge for data processing, automation, and analysis; Advantage: Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Protheus or similar); Basic knowledge of continuous improvement (PDCA, root cause analysis); Analytical profile, capable of working closely with operations and transforming data into action. Important note: BI and Python usage will be considered advantageous and supportive tools—not substitutes for practical operational understanding.
