Responsible for ensuring quality, deadlines, approvals, and project costs while minimizing impacts on airport operations. **Responsibilities:** * Develop small-, medium-, and large-scale projects across all investment lifecycle phases—including demand identification, project planning (preliminary studies, macro-scheduling, presentations, etc.), preparation of procurement terms of reference, contract and project management. * Monitor and supervise services, construction works, and renovations under the responsibility of the Capex Directorate, ensuring defined quality standards, deadlines, and specifications. * Oversee general engineering activities, liaising—through Coordination—with other public agencies, concessionaires, and other members of the airport community; assess service efficiency and verify compliance with established recommendations and standards. * Participate in technical decision-making jointly with the Capex area and direct management, conducting studies on engineering best practices, technological updates, and development of predefined research and processes. * Support project and construction procurement processes and contract management by coordinating the team and critically analyzing procurement procedures—prioritizing processes, monitoring and validating deliverables, and ensuring adherence to corporate norms and procedures. * Conduct critical analysis of planned investments to identify optimal alternatives and solutions through value engineering, aiming at business competitiveness and sustainability. * Directly contribute to matters related to the Airport Operational Safety Management System (SGSO) by assisting in developing operational safety plans and analyzing project development risks.
