Job Summary: The Tracking Assistant monitors orders, manages logistics incidents, and communicates with partners to ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Daily order tracking and logistics incident monitoring 2. Support for the sales team and customers with delivery information 3. Analysis of reports for continuous improvement of logistics processes **MERCHANDISE TRACKING ASSISTANT.** **Location:** Cerâmica, São Caetano do Sul / SP. **Responsibilities:** Track orders daily with carriers, ensuring accurate status updates in the internal system. Monitor and resolve logistics incidents such as delays, lost shipments, and damages, proactively identifying issues and collaborating with carriers to find solutions. Maintain regular communication with logistics partners to resolve pending matters and ensure delivery process efficiency. Support the sales team and customers by providing clear and up-to-date delivery status information. Prepare and analyze logistics tracking and performance reports to contribute to continuous process improvement. Ensure compliance with established deadlines and defined SLAs, guaranteeing quality and efficiency in delivery operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields preferred) * Experience in logistics, transportation, or cargo tracking * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Analytical and proactive mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with logistics management systems (e.g., Sankhya) * Familiarity with carrier operational routines * Customer service experience **Compensation:** **Salary:** Competitive, based on professional experience **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 30.00 per day * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance * On-site parking **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Free Parking * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance
