**Job Description:**

Responsible for structuring, planning, monitoring, and ensuring project execution, guaranteeing organization, control, and operational intelligence; supporting decision-making through analyses, KPIs, and executive reports; managing risks, market research, and benchmarking; contributing to feasibility studies and development of new products, services, and businesses; and providing technical and analytical support to the Portfolio Coordinator and the organization’s innovation initiatives.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Completed undergraduate degree (in Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related fields).
Solid end-to-end project management experience (planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure), with proven track record as project owner—not merely as support.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile), including ability to:
* select appropriate approach (agile, hybrid, waterfall) based on context;
* conduct ceremonies and governance (steering committees, rituals, status meetings).
Advanced planning:
* develop and manage schedules, dependencies, and critical path (where applicable);
* manage risks, issues, changes (change control), and stakeholder communication.
Performance-based management and executive reporting:
* define and monitor KPIs (schedule, cost where applicable, quality, productivity, SLA, plan adherence);
* prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with emphasis on problem solving and prioritization.
Willingness to travel (Sorocaba), as required by the project.
