The role involves close collaboration with engineering, product, data, customer support, and risk teams, with emphasis on security, performance, compliance, and continuous solution improvement. ### **Your Responsibilities** * A developer primarily focused on sustaining our AI-powered chatbot, emphasizing integrations, automation, and generative AI. The scope includes development and maintenance of services and integrations using AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, Docker/containers, Kubernetes/ECS, as well as workflow orchestration via n8n, ensuring scalability, resilience, and observability. ### **Job Requirements** * You will implement and optimize solutions using AWS Bedrock and Google Gemini, including tuning generation parameters, evolving system prompts and context, testing model behavior, and monitoring metrics such as latency, cost per session, consistency, and user experience quality.
