You will handle planning, estimations, risk management, and scope control, ensuring alignment with PMBOK and business objectives. You will coordinate technical teams and communicate with stakeholders. Requirements: * Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) using ServiceNow. * Proficiency in Program and Project Management. * Experience in estimations, planning, risk management, scope management, and application of the PMBOK® Guide. * Knowledge of APIs (Scripted REST API) and ServiceNow scripting (Script Include, Client Script, Business Rules). * Experience with Workflow, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and script usage. * Knowledge of ServiceNow (ACL, UI Policy, tables, and views).
