BB Headhunter is a company specializing in talent recruitment and selection. We offer customized services to meet our clients’ needs in the labor market. **Responsibilities:** Lead brainstorming sessions and creative direction, organizing team workflows, schedules, and deliverables. Collaborate with planning teams on the strategic development of projects, manage on- and off-line campaigns, validate materials prior to delivery, and lead presentations and competitive pitches. Develop and supervise vendors and partners, ensuring close collaboration and team development. Previous experience as Creative Manager, Design Supervisor, Creative Marketing Coordinator, or Creative Project Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
