Job Summary: Civil Engineering professional to supervise and control construction execution, ensuring compliance with regulations and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety and quality standards * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Conduct technical training for third-party teams according to ISO instructions to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures. * Complete control forms while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. * Assist and monitor the operational tactical planning of construction phases and materials, establishing productivity controls for teams. * Participate in scheduling of works to be executed, controlling material consumption and monitoring production according to the execution schedule. * Supervise work performed by third parties, verifying measurements and quality, approving or requesting corrections to deliveries. * Monitor monthly financial forecasts together with the Site Manager. * Periodically monitor surveys and measurements, compiling data related to executed activities and services rendered, and forwarding such data to responsible departments for appropriate processing. * Monitor compliance with the construction production schedule within pre-established quality standards, in accordance with the project and instructions received from the Site Manager. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations, providing guidance on the use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), as well as notifying the Site Manager to eliminate unsafe conditions and completing relevant Occupational Safety forms. * Ensure traceability of resources applied to the construction site. * Provide customer and architect support for developing project modification items and finishing elements.
