Professional to lead an industrial electrical maintenance team, manage service contracts, and ensure the availability of electrical systems and utilities.

* Lead the electrical maintenance team (internal and third-party personnel)
* Address technical failures and provide operational support
* Ensure the availability of plant electrical systems and utilities
* Manage service contracts (e.g., compressors, refrigeration, etc.)
* Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability)
* Conduct failure analysis (RCA) and maintenance planning (PCM)
**Leadership and People Management**
* Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment
* Assign tasks fairly and efficiently
* Monitor performance, punctuality, and delivery quality
* Develop the team through feedback and training
* Maintain organization and resilience during high-demand periods
**Is this role right for you?** **Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
* Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and team management
* Knowledge of: Electrical systems (low, medium, and high voltage); PLCs (Rockwell / Allen\-Bradley); Industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP); Frequency inverters and drives
* NR\-10 certification required (SEP preferred)
* Availability to work on a 6x2 shift schedule
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with utilities (compressors, chillers, etc.)
* Familiarity with industrial instrumentation
* Knowledge of maintenance KPIs and PCM
