Develop a weekly store visit schedule according to operational needs. 2. Speak with the team to understand demands and challenges. 3. Monitor operations while demands are being executed. 4. Ensure quality and brand standards (presentation, quality, ingredients, beverage types). 5. Understand the complete draft beer process (equipment, draft beer standards). **DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MENUS AND PRODUCTS** 1. Research ingredients and beverages. 2. Share research findings with the procurement department to assess implementation feasibility. 3. Conduct tests and applications based on the research performed. 4. Present test results to management for final approval. 5. Compile recipes. **TRAININGS** 1. Conduct menu change training sessions. 2. Conduct menu refresher training sessions. 3. Lead training for new operations/new stores. 4. Conduct training on execution techniques. 5. Conduct training on new ingredients. **TEAM HIRING AND DEVELOPMENT** 1. Participate in and support the selection process for new hires. 2.
