The professional will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and facilities, managing fixed assets and suppliers, and ensuring timelines and costs align with corporate objectives and business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * **Construction and Project Monitoring** * Track schedules and execution of infrastructure projects (offices, operational areas, meeting rooms). * Conduct on-site or remote inspections to ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and ergonomics. * Validate supplier deliveries, ensuring technical standards and deadlines are met. * Manage the department’s budget, proposing improvements and pursuing efficiency. * **Requirements Management** * Identify internal department needs for new projects or modifications. * Prepare technical and functional documentation for construction and services. * Ensure alignment with corporate policies and global standards. * **Employee Support** * Address infrastructure-related requests (layout, furniture, electrical systems). * Coordinate rapid solutions for critical issues (HVAC, electrical systems). * **Supplier Management** * Monitor contracts and SLAs with third-party companies. * Validate service quality and compliance. * **Control and Reporting** * Update project statuses in internal systems. * Prepare progress reports and performance indicators for leadership. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legislation. * **Planning and Continuous Improvement** * Propose infrastructure process improvements. * Participate in alignment meetings with global and regional teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Prior experience in construction, building maintenance, or corporate infrastructure. * Knowledge of technical standards, safety, and ergonomics. * Proficiency with planning tools (MS Project, AutoCAD). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Soft Skills** * Organization and priority management. * Clear communication with internal departments and suppliers. * Proactivity and results orientation.
