Responsibilities: * Serve as a technical reference in Swift and SwiftUI, supporting architectural decisions and promoting coding best practices * Design and evolve modern architectures (MVVM/MVP) with emphasis on modularization, performance, and scalability * Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers, ensuring the team’s technical growth * Lead automated testing practices (unit, UI, integration), ensuring continuous quality * Ensure compliance with security, regulatory requirements, and industry standards * Collaborate closely with UX and Product teams to influence digital journeys and user experiences * Actively participate in the full application lifecycle, including App Store publishing and production optimization Qualifications Skills and experience: * Experience in iOS development * Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs and SDKs * Solid hands-on experience in architecture definition and modularization * Proven experience in automated testing and performance optimization * Technical leadership capability, with a collaborative profile and focus on team development
