Support internal departments and handle incidents A Human Resources Consulting firm is seeking an Accreditation Analyst in São Paulo (Vila Olímpia). **Responsibilities:** Research, prospect, and contract clinics, laboratories, and professionals to join the accredited network. Negotiate service fees, timelines, and conditions in accordance with internal policies. Register and update accredited network information in systems. Monitor mandatory documentation, certifications, contracts, and validity periods. Maintain daily contact with suppliers to ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery standards. Support scheduling, PCMSO, medical examinations, ASO, and training departments, ensuring the network complies with legal requirements and client expectations. Handle incidents, pending items, and non-conformities related to the accredited network. Previous experience as a Registration Analyst, Contracts Analyst, Partnerships Analyst, or Relationship Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
