**Content and Design Creator** If you’re creative, curious, and love transforming real stories into compelling content, this role is for you! We’re looking for an integrated Content & Design Creator to work full-time at Santo Grão, developing materials that showcase our culture, products, teams, and behind-the-scenes — raw and unfiltered. You don’t need to appear on camera — but you’ll conduct interviews, guide colleagues, write scripts, capture footage, and bring our internal and external visual communication to life. **What you’ll do** * Develop creative scripts, editorial plans, and content ideas * Interview colleagues and lead recordings (behind-the-scenes, daily routines, insights, projects) * Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Instagram, Shorts) * Produce visual assets and graphic materials (social posts, website, carousels, internal materials, visuals, packaging, murals…) * Support internal communication initiatives and employer branding **We’re looking for someone who…** * Communicates and writes effectively, and knows how to ask great questions * Has a strong storytelling sensibility * Enjoys working with people and drawing out meaningful insights * Is organized and proactive * Possesses a strong aesthetic eye for video and design **Requirements** * Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) * Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) **Work location:** Office (Augusta Street), with visits to units located in the West and South zones.
