Serve as a technical reference, guiding the team and promoting best practices. **We are looking for someone who dares to lead alongside us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Implement robust and scalable C# solutions with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability. * Lead the modeling of efficient relational databases, applying normalization, indexing, and query optimizations. * Design and integrate RESTful APIs following architectural standards and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI). * Support microservice architecture definition in collaboration with architects and tech leads. * Serve as a technical reference, reviewing code, guiding the team, and promoting best practices. * Diagnose complex issues (e.g., concurrency, high resource consumption) with a systemic perspective. * Use AWS advanced services (e.g., RDS, ECS, SNS/SQS, Lambda) to support production solutions. * Ensure automated test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment strategies. * Participate in technical and product decisions with strategic focus and organizational impact. * Mentor junior developers and support the team’s technical growth. * Knowledge of system architectures and design patterns **Desirable:** **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance** with no co-payment for exams and consultations. * Want more well-being?
