Requirements: **About the Role** We seek a Senior Data Engineer with solid experience in the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem to work on strategic data engineering, data structuring, and data governance projects. We are looking for a professional with strong technical expertise, autonomy in decision-making, and experience implementing end\-to\-end solutions in enterprise environments. The candidate **must have fluent English** to participate in daily international meetings, lead technical discussions, and interact with various hierarchical levels within client organizations. **Key Responsibilities** Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines. Implement and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) workflows. Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for pipeline orchestration. Develop solutions using Azure Databricks (Spark). Implement version control and CI/CD best practices using Azure DevOps. Support data governance and access control via Unity Catalog. Structure environments (Dev, HML, Prod) following industry best practices. Ensure data quality, performance, and security. Support architectural decisions and platform evolution. Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams. **Technical Requirements** Solid experience as a Senior Data Engineer. Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure environments. Practical experience with: Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure Databricks Spark (PySpark or Scala) Azure DevOps (CI/CD, Repos, Pipelines) Unity Catalog (or equivalent data governance tools) Experience with Data Lake and modern data architecture. Knowledge of data modeling. Experience with code versioning (Git). Experience in production environments and structured processes. **Nice-to-Have** Experience with Lakehouse architecture. Knowledge of Synapse Analytics. Experience with SQL Server. Experience with Power BI (integration with structured data). Azure certifications. **Behavioral Profile** Autonomy and sense of responsibility. Ability to propose technical improvements. Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.
