Participation in strategic projects with worldwide impact We are seeking a **Salesforce Developer** to join the global **Information Technology (IT)** team at **American Tower**, responsible for developing, supporting, and evolving the Salesforce platform across multiple organizations worldwide, distributed across **four continents**. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with scalable architecture, and influencing technical decisions in global corporate environments, this opportunity may be right for you. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science or related fields** * **5+ years of experience** in Salesforce development * Solid experience with **Apex, LWC, Flows, data modeling, platform limits, and integrations** * **Salesforce Administrator** and **Platform Developer I** certifications * Experience with **DevOps practices** (CI/CD, version control, code quality) * Advanced English proficiency for working in a global environment **Preferred:** * Experience with **Experience Cloud** * Additional Salesforce certifications * Knowledge of languages such as **Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German** * Experience in large-scale, global corporate environments **What We Offer** * A **global and collaborative work environment** * Complex, high-impact technical challenges * A culture of **continuous learning, mentoring, and technical excellence** * Participation in strategic projects impacting operations at a global scale * Team-based bonus plan **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Lead complex Salesforce solutions using **advanced Apex**, **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, and **Flows** * Develop **scalable, enterprise-grade integrations** * Optimize performance, reduce technical debt, and refactor legacy components * Conduct **code reviews**, define engineering standards, and **mentor other developers** * Address critical incidents (Level 4\), ensuring production stability and quality * Collaborate with **Architects, Administrators, and Business Analysts** to define technical solutions * Participate in **buy vs. build** decisions, prototyping, and technical option analysis * Ensure best practices in governance, security, testing, documentation, and compliance * Contribute to **DevOps** strategies, test automation, releases, and deployment validations * Produce high-level technical documentation (diagrams, runbooks, integration maps, release notes)
