We want to become a complete platform, with a wide variety of services and products. **What will your day\-to\-day be like?*** Support the operations of the SCD, FIDCs and Insurance, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient internal processes. * Monitor and analyze the performance of the credit portfolio (BNPL, personal loans, seller loans, and other products). * Support the management and monitor FIDC, including interfacing with the administrator, custodian, auditor, and rating agencies if needed. * Support reconciliation routines, ensuring database quality and mitigating operational risks. * Assist workstreams in high\-impact projects in a fast\-paced environment, with concrete and tangible deliverables. * Interact with teams from different areas and countries. * Identify and follow up on issues or anomalies in reports; **Requirements:****What you need to take on the challenge:*** Experience in Credit Products for Consumers (BNPL, Personal Loan, Secured Credit etc.) * Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory); * Any Bachelor's degree.
