Our **IT Specialist** in the **IT** department is responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring efficient and effective fulfillment of the company’s business requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze business teams’ needs and requirements to develop technical solutions within Salesforce, considering the current environment used by departments, and propose diagnostics, technical analysis, and trend assessments regarding assets and necessary investments to correct and enhance platform usage efficiency; * Configure and customize the Salesforce platform according to business requirements, including creation of custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reports, and dashboards—based on SWOT analysis of platform user departments—to maximize this resource’s business value; * Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems to ensure continuous data flow across platforms; * Develop implementation projects enabling analyses and diagnostics to be translated into actionable plans that correct and optimize Salesforce operations, managing budgets, approvals, teams, and stakeholders toward the most favorable business outcome; * Provide internal consulting and daily technical support to users, resolve issues, ensure platform stability and continuous functionality, and assist in defining strategies and solutions that maximize Salesforce usage; * Train and guide end users, the IT team, and other stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and new features, as well as raise awareness about data protection to ensure dissemination of good IT resource usage practices; * Maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation, including training manuals and system change logs, to ensure implemented solutions comply with security policies, regulatory requirements under applicable legislation, and overall IT and organizational policies; * Identify and implement new features and improvements on the Salesforce platform, promoting continuous innovation by monitoring system updates and always conducting shared technical analysis with the IT team to assess safe feasibility of system modifications; * Implement mechanisms to obtain and manage data subject consent, ensuring personal data collection and processing comply with LGPD principles—including purpose, adequacy, necessity, free access, data quality, transparency, security, prevention, non-discrimination, and accountability; * Contribute to and propose methods for regular security assessments and vulnerability testing on systems storing or processing personal data, adopting technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or any other form of improper processing; * Provide reports and analyses on critical situations or technical issues to the IT team and contribute to incident management and development of incident response plans. Act decisively to safeguard system operation and information security, promptly reporting vulnerabilities and threats to the integrity of the IT ecosystem; * Participate in and contribute to internal and external audits to evaluate IT practices’ compliance and effectiveness regarding corporate governance, supporting prevention of non-compliance and resolution thereof when it arises. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Competencies:** * Academic Background: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Information Security, or related fields.
