Join a top-tier technical consulting team, working on strategic opportunities and developing high-impact solutions as an **Industrial Automation Engineer/Analyst**, with a focus on technical consulting for **SCADA and Edge Computing**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Provide technical consulting services, guiding customers and partners on best practices for development, implementation, and use of SCADA systems and Industrial Edge Computing solutions. * Support strategic opportunities through technical analysis, evaluating requirements, risks, and integration scenarios. * Conduct PoCs, pilots, and implementations in industrial environments, proposing improvements and technical best practices. * Develop reference projects integrating SCADA, Edge Computing, field devices, PLCs, databases, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms. * Perform diagnostics and optimizations of SCADA and Edge Computing applications, considering performance, communication, and cybersecurity. * Produce technical documentation, including architecture specifications, use cases, project references, and lessons learned. * Share best practices and acquired knowledge, contributing to the continuous development of the team. * Train sales and business development teams, providing technical support in creating and evolving SCADA and Edge Computing opportunities. **What do you need to succeed?** \* Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Technology, or Technical programs related to Automation, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields. * Practical experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Siemens SCADA systems (WinCC 6\.X/7\.X/8\.X, Unified, RT Pro, OA) and/or PCS 7\. * Experience with Industrial Edge Computing solutions, including gateways, local processing, OT/IT integrations, cybersecurity, and connectivity to cloud platforms. * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases applied to historians, alarms, events, and vertical integrations. * Hands-on experience integrating SCADA, PLCs, and industrial devices using protocols such as PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, and REST API. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to supervision, industrial communication, performance, and solution architecture. * Ability to act consultatively during pre-sales activities, with clear communication, a collaborative attitude, and orientation toward best practices when solving complex problems. * Organization, autonomy, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for reading and conversation, including interaction with global technical consulting teams. **Advantages that will strengthen your application!** \* Experience with architectures involving historians, industrial dashboards, OEE, and integrations with MES/ERP systems. * Experience in deploying or modernizing Siemens SCADA architectures (redundancy, distribution, multi-user, and multi-server). * Experience developing SCADA object libraries (faceplates and block icons). * Experience developing and optimizing alarm systems and UI/UX based on ISA18\.2 and ISA101, respectively. * Experience with telecontrol and power industry protocols, such as DNP3\.0, IEC101/104, and IEC61850\. * Experience with APIs, REST integrations, and automations using Python, Node\-RED, Grafana, and WebServices. * Experience with programming languages applied to industrial contexts, such as VBS, JavaScript, C/C\+\+/C\# or Java. * Familiarity with OT cybersecurity (IEC 62443, NIST, network segmentation, VLANs, routing, L2/L3 firewalls\). * Familiarity with DevOps practices for industrial automation (SCADA project versioning, deployment pipelines, automated testing). * Familiarity with IoT/IIoT-focused cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Insights Hub, among others). * Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes applied to IIoT platforms. * Familiarity with AI systems for industrial applications, whether for automated application development or Data Analytics. * Relevant certifications in SCADA, IIoT, Siemens technologies, or industrial automation. **Additional Information:** \* Location/Base: Anhanguera, SP * Willingness to travel (30–40%, depending on demands and opportunities).
