JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the quality of Insper’s technological solutions by planning, executing, and automating software tests to guarantee that delivered systems meet established functional and technical requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, promoting stability, security, and usability of corporate and academic applications. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan, document, and execute functional, regression, and integration tests, ensuring deliverables comply with specified requirements. * Create, maintain, and execute automated tests (front\-end, API, and back\-end), integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Github). * Develop test scenarios and cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and UX professionals to identify risks and critical validation points. * Support defect identification, logging, and tracking, ensuring traceability of fixes. * Validate integrations between internal and external systems, focusing on stability and data consistency. Monitor and support quality assurance of deliverables, reporting metrics and indicators. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum), ensuring quality is an essential part of the development cycle. * Contribute to test process improvements, standardization of practices, and use of automation tools. * Evaluate new QA tools and methodologies, proposing innovations to increase team efficiency. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Experience with automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalents. * Knowledge of REST API testing (Postman, Swagger). * Experience with version control (GIT) and continuous integration (Azure DevOps, Github, etc.). * Experience in creating and executing test cases and defect management (Azure Test Plans, etc.). * Familiarity with SQL Server and T\-SQL for validations and supporting queries. * Knowledge of BDD/TDD practices and frameworks such as SpecFlow or Cucumber (desirable). * Familiarity with API Gateway concepts and messaging-based integrations. * Technical English for reading and writing documentation.
