Description: * High school diploma; * Technical course in quality, processes, or related fields desirable; * Experience monitoring processes desirable; * Experience developing and reviewing process documents desirable; * Availability to work flexible hours. * Responsible for providing technical support to industrial operations, focusing on process standardization; * Analysis of production indicators and support for continuous improvement; * Fieldwork alongside operational teams and data analysis to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across production stages such as grinding, mixing, pelleting, and dispatch. * Monitor and analyze process parameters (yield, energy consumption, productivity); * Support the development and review of ITs, POs, LUPs, and LPPs; * Monitor tests of new ingredients, additives, or formulation adjustments; * Identify deviations and propose process improvements; * Promote operational programs: Kaizen, Engenhoca, among others; * Support operational training; * Interact with Quality, Maintenance, and Nutrition departments. 2512310202491939194
