Conducting feasibility and impact studies for credit initiatives. **Check out what you’ll find at Dotz** Big Dream People who deliver results We value our People Owner’s hunger We enjoy the journey with passion **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, implement, validate, and monitor statistical models for predicting credit risk, voluntary recovery of delinquent customers (Self\-cure), collections scoring (Collections Score), or propensity to accept product offers. * Identify and evaluate new information sources (macroeconomic time series, news bulletins, interaction with mobile devices and digital channels, voice data from customer service, etc.). * Identify and evaluate new systemic and analytical solutions for developing, parameterizing, and monitoring predictive models. * Perform backtests, validations, and customizations of scores and attributes sold by credit bureaus (scores, restrictive lists, positive credit registry, and open finance). * Conduct feasibility and impact studies for credit initiatives, based on credit performance and portfolio profitability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in developing predictive models for credit granting and maintenance, credit recovery, or propensity to accept offers/contracts. * Experience with programming languages (Python, SQL, SAS). * Experience in developing feasibility studies and financial impact analyses for initiatives, policies, and strategies. * Knowledge of advanced predictive modeling techniques (Machine Learning, Deep Learning) is desirable. * Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS or GCP) is desirable. * Knowledge of dynamics related to financial products (revolving credit, installment loans, and insurance) is desirable. **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model * SulAmérica Health Insurance * SulAmérica Dental Insurance * Annual variable compensation (PLR) * Flexible benefits card: Flash * Birthday Day Off * Dotz birthday bonus * Dotz birthday bonus for tenure starting from the second year * Discounts at major pharmacy chains * TotalPass * Childcare allowance * Partnership with Open English * Partnership with **C4life:** Access specialized guidance across multiple areas: Psychological, Legal, Financial, Social, and Pet care * Numerous other initiatives and many Dotz rewards within our **Ganha Mais Program**, designed to deliver the best benefits for Dotzeiros.
