




Job Summary: The Data Lead will play a pivotal role in the technical leadership and management of the Analytics Engineers team, transforming raw data into strategic assets and driving data-informed decision-making. We act as an engine to drive decision-making across the entire bank, precisely and intelligently connecting technical engineering with business needs. **Challenges of this role:** As the Data Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the technical leadership and management of the Analytics Engineers team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on: * Managing and monitoring the team’s task execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and deep understanding of each requirement. * Leading the development of robust pipelines and dashboards that provide critical support for data-driven decisions. * Directly developing tables, spreadsheets, and visualizations for reporting strategic results. * Providing technical guidance to engineers, balancing dashboard development with efficient delivery and people management. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Statistics, or related fields. * Proven experience in the data domain, with solid background as an Analytics Engineer, BI Engineer, or similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in SQL, including expertise in structures, query optimization, and dimensional and relational modeling. * Advanced experience with DBT/Snowflake and/or Databricks, and professional experience building, testing, and documenting data transformation pipelines. * Experience building, maintaining, and orchestrating complex data pipelines using Airflow. * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with emphasis on BigQuery (performance and cost management) and familiarity with Google Cloud Storage. * Proficiency in dashboard development using Looker Platform, Power BI, or Tableau. * Intermediate-level English. * Familiarity with product metrics (AARRR), marketing metrics (LTV, CAC), or financial KPIs. * Availability to work in a hybrid model, with one day per week onsite at the office located next to Parque Vila Lobos. **Nice-to-have (Differentiators):** * Advanced or fluent English. * MBA in a relevant field. * Python knowledge applied to task automation, custom pipeline development, or exploratory analysis. * Prior experience working in financial services companies.
