Here, your ideas come to life in campaigns that connect brand, content, and results. **If creativity, performance marketing, and leaving your mark at a growing company excite you—join TRUE!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Generate creative ideas and angles for performance campaigns; * Write **short scripts (60 to 90 seconds)** for UGC, testimonials, POV, reviews, and demonstrations; * Create **strong hooks to capture attention within the first 3 seconds**; * Craft headlines, captions, and ad copy for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads; * Develop variations for A/B testing; * Suggest creator references, styles, and filming formats; * Stay up-to-date with short-video trends and digital culture; * Monitor basic metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA) to recommend optimizations; * Adjust and optimize copy weekly based on performance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Performance-oriented copywriting techniques (AIDA, PAS, HSO, etc.); * Proficiency in writing for short-form video; * Ability to structure texts with clarity and precision; * Basic understanding of performance metrics; * Fast creativity and ability to generate high volumes of variations; * Familiarity with TikTok and Reels language.
