Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced access controller to supervise building security, manage entry of people and vehicles, and handle mail. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in access control for building security 2. Responsible for monitoring, access control, and registration 3. Mail management and shift log recording We are looking for an access controller with experience to work in a building. Day and night shifts, 12x36 schedule Your responsibilities will include: * Daily observation of security conditions within the building premises by monitoring environments via video screens to prevent or detect thefts and hazardous situations; * Control entry of people and vehicles, always verifying personal identification data; * Register all individuals entering the building at the reception desk, recording details in the computerized system; * Receive all company mail and label each item indicating the department to which it must be delivered; * Record all shift-related information in both the department’s logbook and the Periodical’s logbook; Perform other duties related to the position as directed by superiors. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract This position starts in DECEMBER.
