Hands-on profile with owner's mindset **Company: O Pudim Perfeito** We are looking for a **Store Supervisor** to join the **O Pudim Perfeito** team, with emphasis on team management and performance. ### **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and mentor the team * Ensure smooth store operations * Monitor KPIs (COGS and P&L) * Organize staff schedules and operational routines * Support achievement of company goals and standards ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience in team management * Basic knowledge of COGS * Familiarity with store P&L * Organized, responsible, and strong communication skills * Results-oriented * Hands-on (works on the store floor, not just in the office) * Organized and disciplined * Ability to hold others accountable respectfully * Owner's mindset ### **Work Schedule:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off * Fixed day off every Sunday Minimum Education: High School Diploma
