




Job Summary: This role involves issuing various insurance requests, managing insurance spreadsheets, handling payment requests, and organizing client documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Issuance and management of various insurance policies 2. Organization and auditing of client documentation 3. Updating insurance spreadsheets and systems Issuance of Various Insurance Requests: • Bid Bond • Civil Liability • Engineering • Construction Updating the Bid Bond Insurance Spreadsheet. Issuing Official Letters and Simple Notifications. Issuing Payment Requests, Various Insurance Policies, and Reimbursements. Assembling a Documentation Booklet for the client. Adding or amending contractual information in the Teknisa system. Uploading documents into the MEGAGED system. Organizing client folders Auditing documents within the folder. Following up on documents requiring client signatures Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Basic Food Basket
