Join our team. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate vehicle placement in the yard, ensuring organization and easy identification; * Monitor vehicle entry and exit, recording movements in the system or appropriate spreadsheets; * Ensure optimal use of available yard space; * Conduct periodic vehicle inspections to verify possible damages, condition, and correct identification; * Verify and record vehicle documentation and accessories upon entry and exit; * Assist in vehicle segregation as requested by sales, logistics, or after\-sales departments; * Ensure vehicle security in the yard, guaranteeing they are properly locked and protected against damage or theft; * Immediately report any irregularities, damages, or incidents occurring in the yard; * Support sales and logistics teams during events such as receiving vehicles from manufacturers, preparing vehicles for customer delivery, and inter\-branch transfers; * Monitor vehicle services, such as washing, maintenance, or accessory installation, ensuring timely completion; * Update daily records of vehicles available in the yard, consolidating reports for management; * Conduct periodic vehicle inventory counts for inventory control. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Valid driver’s license, Category D; * Prior experience in yard control, logistics, or similar roles (preferred); * Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and control (management systems or Excel). #### **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass
