Job Summary: Experienced gatekeeper responsible for access control, reception, monitoring, and custodial duties to ensure security and organization in condominiums. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors and registers entries/exits for internal security. 2. Receives and registers visitors and monitors security cameras. 3. Maintains order at the reception area and premises. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** * **Detailed Main Activities:** * **Access Control:** Monitor, authorize, and register the entry/exit of individuals, visitors, service providers, and vehicles to ensure internal security. * **Reception and Customer Service:** Receive visitors, register them, issue identification badges, and inform residents/staff about third-party arrivals. * **Package Management:** Receive, inspect, catalog, and organize mail and packages to facilitate delivery to final recipients. * **Monitoring and Surveillance:** Observe suspicious activities, monitor security cameras (CCTV), and conduct patrols of premises when necessary. * **Record Keeping and Communication:** Maintain an updated incident log with complaints or incidents, report irregularities to management/syndic, and respond to emergency situations. * **Equipment Operation:** Operate intercoms, automatic gates, alarms, and security equipment. * **Custodianship and Organization:** Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area, control key usage, and safeguard condominium or company premises. **What We Are Looking For?** **Prerequisites** * Completed high school education * Experience in residential or commercial condominiums * Computer literacy * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule * Completion of Gate Agent or Security Guard training course **Skills** * Strong communication skills * Organizational ability to establish, together with the team, routines best suited to the company’s needs * Team spirit, as you will constantly interact with team members, supervisors, and condominium managers Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.768,00 - R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
