JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for performing operational and administrative support activities related to student financing and scholarship programs (FIES and PROUNI), including registration, data updates, student support, and resolution of requests in accordance with institutional regulations and governmental program guidelines. Main Responsibilities and Duties Analyze, organize, control, and archive documents related to FIES and PROUNI; Provide support and guidance to students and their legal guardians via telephone, in person, and through digital channels, addressing program-related inquiries; Execute approval procedures and data updates in official systems (SisFIES and SisPROUNI); Perform operations such as FIES contract amendments, suspensions, and transfers; Operate internal systems, such as LECOM and SISPROUNI, for process control and monitoring; Ensure compliance with the General Regulations of the FIES and PROUNI programs, safeguarding adherence to legal and institutional norms; Support other related departmental activities, as required by supervision. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: Completed High School (mandatory); Ongoing Undergraduate Studies (preferred), preferably in Administration, Educational Management, or related fields. Professional Experience: Prior experience of 0–6 months in administrative roles, public service, or sectors related to educational programs is preferred. Technical Knowledge: Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Familiarity with administrative routines and departmental procedures; Basic understanding of government systems such as SisFIES and SisPROUNI (preferred). Behavioral Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational ability; Nonverbal intelligence (contextual awareness and proactive attitude); Effective oral and written communication; Agility, focus, and proactivity; Teamwork skills and strong interpersonal relationships.
