




Job Summary: This position supports document organization, digitization, and data entry, as well as assists with reception, communication, and administrative logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Support in organizing and digitizing physical and digital documents. 2. Assistance in entering data into internal systems and spreadsheets. 3. Help with reception and logistical support for meetings and training sessions. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Assist in organizing, classifying, and archiving physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to records. * Operate scanners and digitization software to convert printed documents into organized digital files. * Enter technical and administrative data into internal systems (ERP) and control spreadsheets (Excel), keeping information up to date. * Handle document protocols, receipt, and distribution among company departments, and support mail pouch dispatch. * Assist in drafting identification labels and completing internal forms. * Provide in-person reception support by filtering information and directing requests to responsible parties. * Distribute announcements, update bulletin boards, and provide logistical support for meetings and training sessions. * Assist in counting and verifying administrative consumables or inventory items. * Maintain organization of archive areas and office supply storerooms. * Other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Have completed high school or be currently enrolled in school; * Must not have previously held formal employment (with signed work contract); * Must be available for 4 hours during preferred shifts (morning: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. / afternoon: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
